Elite Wellness has a passion for training individuals of all fitness levels, whether you are an experienced athlete or just beginning your fitness journey.
We specialize in adapting our fitness programming to meet your needs, regardless if you have a pre-existing injury or physical limitation. We use the most current and innovative fitness techniques and technology to optimize every single training session.
Training sessions at Elite Wellness can be flexible. We offer personal training seven days a week in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
All of our trainers are required to have a minimum of a four-year degree in exercise science to ensure they are providing quality knowledge to all of our clients. Trained in evaluating exercise form and technique, our trainers reduce the risk of injury and scale the workout according to the individual.
We actively support various local and national teams at all levels of competition. Training many youth athletes all the way up to the professional level.

Personal Training at Elite Wellness focuses on individuals seeking out custom workout programming and undivided attention from a qualified trainer. This is a great option for anyone who wants to improve in a specific sport or skill. The trainer will meet with you regularly to ensure you are on track to reach your fitness goals in a 1-on-1 environment.
