Personal and Group Training at Elite Wellness
Elite Wellness has a passion for training individuals of all fitness levels, whether you are an experienced athlete or just beginning your fitness journey. We specialize in adapting our fitness programming to meet your needs, regardless if you have a pre-existing injury or physical limitation. We use the most current and innovative fitness techniques and technology to optimize every single training session.
Training sessions at Elite Wellness can be flexible because we provide class times to meet anyone’s busy schedule. We offer sessions and personal training seven days a week in the morning, afternoon and evening. Sessions are available for personal, small group and team training.
All of our trainers are required to have a minimum of a four-year degree in exercise science to ensure they are providing quality knowledge to all of clients. Trained in evaluating exercise form and technique, our trainers reduce the risk of injury and scale the workout according to the individual.
We make it a priority to promote a safe and supportive workout environment. Being in the Northern Virginia area, we know how important it is to build a community that is friendly and welcoming to all. We actively support various local and national teams at all levels of competition. Training many youth athletes all the way up to the professional level.
Personal Training (1 Athlete / 1 Trainer)
Personal Training at Elite Wellness focuses on individuals seeking out custom workout programming and undivided attention from a qualified trainer. This is a great option for anyone who wants to improve in a specific sport or skill. The trainer will meet with you regularly to ensure you are on track to reach your fitness goals in a 1-on-1 environment.

Small Group Training (2-12 Athletes / 2 Trainers)
Small Group Training at Elite Wellness focuses on groups that share a common goal. Whether it is focused on a specific sport, skill or age group. This is perfect for people who like to work out in a motivating group setting. We offer existing small group sessions throughout the day and are able to create new groups based on specific needs or goals.
For small group training, we believe that there should be an appropriate ratio of athletes to trainers for each session. We want to ensure that every individual is getting focused attention to reach their goals. Having enough trainers present during a training session greatly reduces risk of injury and increases your fitness accountability. Team Training (6 or more athletes)
Team Training at Elite Wellness provides teams an opportunity to work out together and reach their in-season or off-season goals. For these sessions, we create programming to improve sport-specific skills, strength, endurance and overall conditioning. Our trainers perform pre and post testing to help track progress and results. Team training emphasizes injury prevention and team building while promoting both individual and team success.
For team training, we require a minimum of six teammates to create these sessions. We offer team training for any sport and provide flexible scheduling around your practice and game schedule. If you want to start team training, call or email us to discuss.
