No matter what your fitness level or your fitness experience, we can create a group for you OR you can create your own group. Our qualified trainers are prepared to create workouts for any skill level! If you have a pre-existing injury or limitation, our trainers can create a workout that will help you reach your goals.

Our small group training is the most popular in Ashburn, Virginia and the surrounding Washington D.C. area. While most gyms offer group training and put as many people as possible into each class, we are extremely selective when putting together each small group training class. You have access to see the small group training schedule ahead of time so that you can select the class time that works best for you. We offer small group training 7 days of the week so there are plenty of options to choose from!
